If you wish to cancel your order please email info@foreverfinecollection.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

You are able to return or exchange your hair within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges are only able to be accommodated if the hair has not been opened or worn. The hair must be in its original packaging with the Forever Fine Collection bundle wraps/seals still in tact. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on hair that has already been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way for hygienic purposes.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES!

If you would like to do a return or exchange you must first contact us at info@foreverfinecollection.com during the 5 day return/exchange period.

All Forever Fine Collection products must be shipped back unopened, in its original packaging, and not tampered with in any way. The customer requesting the return/exchange is responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to Forever Fine Collection for the return/exchange with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return/exchange packages.

Please leave a note in the package explaining why you want to return/exchange the products.

A full refund excluding the original shipping cost will be issued to your original payment method (which can take up to 7 business days to be returned back to your bank card) after we receive and confirm that the returned products have not been opened or tampered with in any way.

If the products have been opened, tampered with, or altered in any way we will return the products back to you and a return/exchange will not be issued.

There are no refunds/exchanges on wig orders.
